Most IPTV playback issues come down to a handful of common causes. Work through these steps before contacting support and you'll likely resolve the issue yourself.
Buffering or freezing streams
Buffering is most often caused by a weak or congested home Wi-Fi connection. Move your streaming device closer to the router, switch to a 5GHz network if available, or connect via Ethernet for the most stable result.
- Restart your router and streaming device
- Close other apps or downloads using bandwidth
- Test your internet speed — aim for at least 15–25 Mbps
Channels not loading
If channels fail to appear, log out of the app and log back in to refresh the playlist. Double-check that your username, password and server URL were entered exactly as provided, with no extra spaces.
App crashing or freezing
Make sure the app is updated to its latest version. On Firestick and Android devices, clearing the app's cache from the device settings often resolves persistent crashes.
Still stuck?
If the issue continues after trying these steps, contact our support team with details of your device, app and what you've already tried, and we'll help you get back up and running.
