Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about IPTV UK — devices, apps, pricing, the free trial, installation and more.
General
IPTV UK is an internet-based television service. Instead of a satellite dish or aerial, it delivers live TV channels, movies and series over your internet connection through an IPTV app on a compatible device such as a Firestick, Smart TV, Android box, phone or tablet.
After you subscribe, you receive login details (or an M3U playlist link) that you enter into an IPTV app such as IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate or IBO Player. The app streams live channels and on-demand content directly to your device over the internet, with no satellite dish or set-top box contract required.

Contact us →Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable home internet connection, Wi-Fi interference, or an overloaded device. Connecting your streaming device via Ethernet or a strong 5GHz Wi-Fi signal, and closing background apps, resolves most buffering issues.
A stable connection of at least 15–25 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD and 4K streaming, ideally on a wired or 5GHz Wi-Fi connection rather than a congested 2.4GHz network.
A VPN is not required to use IPTV UK. Some users choose to run a VPN for general privacy or if their broadband provider limits streaming traffic, but it isn't a requirement for the service to work.
